Police intelligence gathering?

This phenomenology of the state or 'justice system' is what the former members of the CIA in 1987 referred to as the "double cut-out" system of information gathering.

In American reality, female sources-they are always female in hen-pecked societies and families-distort the information tendered, firstly, to a police officer and then to others. The police officer then distorts the information he tenders to a former senior policeman,his case officer,and the latter again distorts it in the retelling to a politician or civil servant. A judge instantly dismisses it as garbled nonsense and hearsay. That always happens when this nonsense is tendered in court by these "gamey chicks".

In the US the source of police intelligence is middle class women and veterans of US interventions. Whereas in Ireland (and Dublin is a case in point) and in left-wing groups, the source is pub landladies because radicals meet there and a publican is always married where leftists and nationalists meet.
