Against the tide! The book of evidence. A good German's validation of an accused's good character

A sound German's character testimony is usually sufficient to absolve an accused of police suspicion but we say of a Crown witness or even,these days,Mother of God help us, doctor that they are afraid of lawyers as are the police who claim not to be interested in what they describe as "politics".

Why,so?

They realise the importance of politicians in framing laws and they fear political retribution against police illegality and medical defamation.

We state that they are "blind guides". 

...Au contraire I hear some say but there is the litigant's plea, "a voice in the wilderness crying out for justice" and trying to impeach senior policemen and publicly reproach doctors and nurses. 

A Catholic middle way?

Christians subscribe to the aspiration to an imperative i.e. that we should publicise Christian teaching and example against false gods such as judges and Tories. 

A biblical memoriam?

One of Jesus's key set of obstacles were those who he referred to as " blind guides". Those were "the Elders and Teachers of the Law."

A contemporary take on this sobriquet?

When an informer remarks,"I didn't leave them,they left me" regarding a micro-group of syndicalists,we surely live in strange times,"a time of revolutions and wars, upheavals and crises."

But, DON'T PANIC!

....

If an accused doctor or lawyer,consultant or tribunal chairman has not at least two independent supporters or 'referees' as to his good standing before the courts and society in general-politicians have none obviously,everyone knows they are attention-seekers,they and judges' and politicians ' mistresses-then his cause is lost when indicted for corporate manslaughter or contributory negligence leading to a patient's premature death. 

Others in these medical 'plots'?

In the case of a 'bent' solicitor or policeman, a letter to a High Court judge is usually sufficient to bar him from adversely influencing a client's reasonable expectations. That is a "result". A letter to the Chief Constable will soon deal with a pathetic nuisance such as Roy Robinson,Ian Elliott,Graeme Dodds or Michael Skuce.

To the nub of the matter...

In Germany,a sole validation of good character is widely accepted as unimpeachable and in related domains as conclusive proof of innocence before any tribunal or magistrate.

My Provo accusers?

The police like the Provos and Gardai before them,are forever searching but never finding someone to blame for their failings and the failures of police governance and clerical administration. Many victims of the Provo-police dichotomy die because of lawyers'  failure to act in a timely and proper fashion. Others die because of widespread police indifference to  crime and thoroughly illegal conduct. 

I refer not to minor matters but to crimes of a very serious nature attributed to doctors and nurses.
