I commerce,a woman is the main culprit for petty theft and what the Germans called Missverbrauch (mistreatment, mishandling).

We count amongst those pirates the female solicitor,shop manager and old age pensioner.

Technology theft?

The activities of the chronic gambler and political  frontman for US business syndicates go further. Their idea of remission of debts involves the sabotage  of legal actions for reclamation by having someone beaten up, illegally arrested or killed by unauthorised force.

These phenomena are interlinked and find their manifestation in the thwarted plans of the offended party,a Game of Swinging Lanterns whose patent,if we can call it such,belongs to the Chinese.

Cover stories by 'bottom feeders' for expropriation 

Technology theft is made possible by fraudulent transactions in businesses where the clientele be it parent or guardian or innovator is known.

The fraud is perpetrated by a frontman for a thieving political party. I refer to groups such as Sinn Fein or to a business such as a bank. Sometimes they resort to offering loans or discount.

We count criminal types such as the Maguires,the Joneses and the Fitzpatricks as guttersnipes who exercise their grip through third party  ('blind') oversight, business connections and local knowledge.

They were taught their trade by those masters of intrigue,the RUC/PSNI,Castle Catholics,British soldiers and Irish publicans.

 In London,the monopoly of this fraudulent activity on the left is held by the British Trade Union Congress and minor publishers,those such as Pluto Press and Manchester University Press. The shabby trade is masterminded through the Bookmarks Bookshop and Pathfinder Press at the University of London and Stratford Polytechnic.

Where there is a bigger cash-cow to be milked big publishers such as Findlaters of Glasgow and Harper-Collins and Random  House become involved.
