"You will,you will,you will." Internet pyramid schemes and the law

 Known to the people of Fermanagh as "forcing yourself on someone" and,to the English as"pushing the boat out" or,to lawyers and fastidious  women,as "telling other people your and others  private business ", the habits and mental reflexes of the Irish mother are all over the internet and modern socio-economic advertising.

But,firstly,a digression....

In the internet's tawdry electronic mass marketing techniques and capture wares lie even more products of dualism or dichotomous ambiguity.

But to marry habit and technique....

In this digital age,we find professional headaches,the catcaller, the tinker and the fishwoman represented in IT  form,note the automated (repeat) digital telegraphic advertisement pop-ups and electronic promoters soliciting custom for businesses which are dead in the water and for the business ventures of half-dead celebrities and boring old farts.

Interactive systems  based on electronic tracking of the purchaser and media fastening on to a "target" and high-roller is now universal  throughout North America and Asia. There it is entirely unregulated.

How it works technically

Identify an email account for contiguous advertising,adjuncts or "follow-ups" or items of speculative interest to first party purchasers their  associates and related parties. Marketing and mutual interest plots are utilised by browsing devices and then secondary and tertiary interest items kick in  to second and third parties. In short,Ponzi schemes, pyramid schemes.

Cookies and data marketing tools are aimed at those foolish enough to divulge their email address to commercial parasites and financial vultures. An email address should be covered by non-disclosure rules in a free,morally responsible society and not traded by those who are in reality hackers and public nuisances.

I see Irish cultural origin as clearly proven to wiser heads than you get in workingmen's clubs in England or Sinn Fein or educational groups run by those blind guides,the Methodists,political activists or 'active militants'.

A message to IT broadcasters

We say to Free State internet ad-spinners in the IT firms based in the South,you have clearly not taken legal advice. Bombarding people at random with advertising and allowing your networks and servers and browsers to carry rubbish is a breach of the right to a private life.

Read the UN Declaration of Human Rights and the European Convention on Human Rights.

Your activities are the main outcome of the breakdown of industrial society and the advent of the Age of Nuisance.

We say to Free State-based businesses which retail advertising time and to Free State -based fly-by-night multinational IT firms,you have lost the plot if you ever had the plot. You will eventually be brought to terms with reality by the courts.

We say to people in America such as Bill Clinton who sent these electronic networking CIA nuisances to our country:F... OFF. Take the US multinationals with you and DON'T COME BACK. You are a predator who lives off the back of the poor of your own country and flies around the world in private jets paid for by your business associates.

To the European legislators,interested observers and government advisers alike experienced people say: Withdraw US firms licenses under European and binary data laws and tell them to pull up stumps and clear off back to their own media-saturated country.

Since these multinational firms entry to the South,house prices are immeasurably higher,many are homeless and rents are unbearable.

The only possible conclusion concerning the Irish Republic is that it is a Svengali creation of Fianna Fail,Fine Gael and RTE.

Sane people want Google, Apple, Tik Tok, Microsoft and Amazon to leave our shores. Let tangible industrial and social progress resume.
